Initiating a Return
You have the flexibility to start a return within 28 days of receiving your delivery for a refund. However, please remember to notify us of your intention to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This allows us to assist you promptly and efficiently.
Customer Responsibility
Upon receiving your delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect all items. In the event of breakages during transit, receipt of faulty items, or order discrepancies, please notify us within 48 hours.
Please note that this policy pertains exclusively to refunds and returns within the UK. We do not accept returns for international orders.

How to Initiate a Return for a Change of Mind
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags attached, and in as much of their original packaging as possible, along with proof of purchase. Items not returned in their original packaging may result in deductions if we cannot resell them.
To start a return, simply contact us at hello@quirkyboutique.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.
Kindly note the following:
– Returns will be at your own expense, as we do not offer a free returns service.
– You are responsible for securely packaging your return. Items arriving damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
– All returns must be received by Quirky Boutique within 28 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a refund. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Returning Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Our top priority is ensuring that every purchase reaches you in perfect condition. It is your responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery. If you receive damaged items upon delivery, they are considered faulty.
For any breakages, faults, or discrepancies with your order, please notify us in writing at hello@quirkyboutique.uk within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. In your communication, please include photographs of the item's fault or any damages, and if applicable, a photograph of the outer packaging showing your address. We will then discuss the available options for replacement or refund.
If we agree that an item is faulty or requires further inspection, we will arrange for the return of the parcel at our cost within 7 days. Refunds and replacements for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items are processed once we have received the item from you unless otherwise specified by us.
Please note the following:
– For items damaged upon delivery, it is necessary to retain all items and original packaging until we have provided instructions on how to proceed.
– If you return damaged items without contacting us first, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred.
– We require photos of any damages, faults, and packaging to communicate with our couriers and suppliers. As an online sales site, we rely on photos or videos to assess issues with your order.
– If an item becomes faulty due to a manufacturing failure after 28 days of your receipt, we will replace the item. Please provide photographic evidence of the fault, and we will guide you on how to return the item at our cost for further inspection. If we determine the fault was due to a manufacturing failure or if a replacement is unavailable, we will provide a refund.
– Items damaged due to accident, neglect, misuse, alterations, normal wear and tear, or improper use outside a home interior environment are not considered faulty. Please be aware that if you have received a partial refund for a damaged item, your return policy is voided.
